Lifestyle Support Worker
Headway Gold Coast Inc is currently seeking suitably qualified persons to assist people with acquired brain injuries to live independently within the community.
As a Lifestyle Support Worker your responsibilities will include providing accommodation support, personal care, community access, cognitive and physical rehabilitation support.
You must be flexible with a multi skilled approach and possess the ability to work within a team environment as well use your own initiative to problem solve.
The base requirements we recommend are as follows
- Certificate 3 In Aged Care, Disabilities or Community Services
- Senior first Aid Certificate
- Reliable Transport
- Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance
- Experience with Disabilities is an advantage

Volunteers / Drivers
We currently have positions available for a number of volunteers, we require additional drivers for the transportation of our clients, morning and afternoon, weekdays as well as additional volunteers to assist with the daily, programs we provide at our Arundel day respite centre.
